‘Lady’ Colleen Heller has been involved with alternative healing since the early 90’s. She is trained and certified as a C.A.M. facilitator/ Master Energy Healer, Traditional Medicinal Herbalist, Usui Traditional Reiki Master/Teacher, Hypnologist with the Federation of Hypnology USA, Chinese Medicine Meridian Values for Mind, Body and Spirit and Sacred/Spiritual Travel, and as a Life Coach facilitator for over 18 years.

Ms. Heller is the director of 99 Steps ~ The Cairo Center, El Maadi, Egypt ~ Complementary Alternative Teaching and Healing Facility.

She lectures on Alternative Complementary Health care, Empowerment through Experiential learning and Spiritual Travel on Sacred Lands. Lady enjoys her continued studies on nutritional and energetic wellness abroad yearly. She has also been published world wide on topics relating to C.A. M. healing modalities including trademarked unique modalities of her design through combining techniques.

Spiritual Journeys are a passion; her love of people has enabled her to live amongst those that inspire her. Being a Sacred Travel Guide has given her the opportunity to be in many countries and cultures which enables colourful stories with views of life she’s witnessed or lived in. Empowerment through ‘Experiential Understanding’ is her forte.

One land of great importance energetically is the Sinai Peninsula, Egypt where she has lived for the past 10 years. It offers amazing opportunities of self exploration for her and those who attend her journeys.  ‘Wandering into Wisdom’, one of Lady’s books, was inspired by her time in Sinai, Egypt. For over 16 years she has brought new awareness into the lives of those who have traveled with her.

As a journalist, she has been published on topics ranging from alternative modalities of healing to personal experiences from her life.
